PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION
Consultancy offered client companies includes assistance with administrative measures for Personnel Management; help with social security entities, the Ministry of Work and the local Office of Work.
Specifically, assistance includes:
- relationships with the Social Security Institutes (INPS - INAIL - INPDAI - ENASARCO); with the Ministry of Work, with regional and local offices (Employment Centers - Province and Regional Work Headquarters, Inspection Services and Work Policy, etc.) and with other institutes and offices for specific company needs (ex. pension funds, assistance funds, etc.)
- opening and closing contribution and insurance positions
- checking the social security and insurance framework
- yearly revision of the INAIL tax
- arranging eventual debtor &/or creditor accounts
- preparation, negotiation and definition of training and work projects, conventions for company stages, apprentice authorization
- information and assistance with the administrative procedures to hire or transfer employees, including within the context of Laws 68/99 and 223/91
- negotiation and definition with the Ministry of Work and Territorial Offices to authorize work for non E.U. citizens in Italy and assignment abroad of Italian workers.
- analysis and direct editing of obligatory documentation (for ex. prospect L. 68/99 on the disabled; declarations of accidents at work).
