UNION RELATIONSHIPS
Assistance, which can be direct, to the Management of Human Resources includes the following activities:
- stipulating &/or renewal of Company Contracts for union meetings/disputes
- company transfers as per Articles 2112 c.c. and 47 L. 428/90
- Personnel reorganization, mobility procedures &/or individual or group firing
- Social security exempt premiums
- Union disputes
- Assistance for document preparation, union meeting minute, etc.
- Representing the client in relationships with union organizations and in individual disputes
