Our Firm for a New National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL)

On behalf of ASSIRM — the Italian national association of market research, opinion, and social research institutes — Studio Associato Pagani has reached an important professional milestone. Our partner, Roberto Respinti, led the union negotiations and drafted the National Collective Bargaining Agreement governing “coordinated and continuous project-based collaborations” in the market research sector.

This achievement represents a key step forward: it provides clarity and protections for a wide number of companies and professionals working under the stricter framework introduced by the Fornero Reform for independent project-based contracts.
