Graduated with honors in Labor Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Milan in 1987, Sabrina is a founding partner and Managing Partner of Studio Associato Pagani. She is also the CEO of the affiliated company Studio Pagani Payroll S.r.l., which operates with cutting-edge BPO systems for payroll and HR outsourcing services.

She is a member of the Research Center of the Milan Bar Association of Labor Consultants.
