The New Collective Economic Agreement for Agents and Commercial Company Representatives of June 4, 2025
On June 4, 2025, more than 15 years after the signing of the Agreement on February 16, 2009, the trade union parties signed the Collective Economic Agreement (CEA) renewal, regulating agency relationships in the Tertiary Services sector.
It came into force on July 1, 2025, and it’s set to expire on June 30, 2029, while leaving most of the provisions of the CEA of February 16, 2009 unchanged. This renewal agreement introduced significant updates regarding certain aspects of the agency relationship.
