Marilena has been a permanent collaborator with Studio Associato Pagani as a labor law attorney since January 2002, assisting client companies in managing employment relationships at all stages and, more generally, in labor law and industrial relations matters.

She is a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (Italian Labor Lawyers Association)
